Legit Ballazz Sponsorship Proposal

Dear Potential Sponsor,

Legit Ballazz 7v7 Football is a small Non-profit 501c3 organization and we are writing this sponsorship proposal to you with a purpose, one which is crucial. We are asking for your assistance through sponsorship to assist in supporting teams that are struggling financially to compete in our tournaments. We are a premier sporting event company that manages, organizes, schedule and run 7v7 football events around the country. 

Unfortunately, there are large numbers of 7v7 organizations that are in low economic demographic areas and are not financially able to provide their players the opportunity to compete in our tournaments. Each year thousands of athletes are forced to stay home because of their financial situation. We want your help in changing this. Together, we can put more of these kids on the playing field! 

We are asking for you to assist us in helping as many teams as we can. Let us work together so that we do not leave one team or player behind. At Legit Ballazz 7v7 Football, there is nothing more important than supporting the 7v7 sports teams participating in our events. Your organization can assist one or more teams with their registration fee for a tournament or for the entire season or assist any team that may not have their complete registration fee. 

Our main purpose is to create a competitive platform for student-athletes to showcase their talents around the country. Our annual events create positive publicity through social media and news press releases for the student-athlete between the ages of 8 and 18, which in turns enhances their opportunities for a college education. We provide video coverage through Gifted Marketing a national media organization at every event, which is instrumental in assisting these athletes in keeping their dreams alive. 

Legit Ballazz 7v7 events attract between 450-1200 student-athletes and 400-800 fans per event, and our events touch an even broader base of viewers through our social media accounts on FaceBook, Instagram, and Twitter which is constantly updated and maintained by Gifted Marketing a national media organization.

As a key sponsor, you can reach not only those who participate in our events, but also the viewers who visit our social media accounts monthly. It is also important for you to know that your sponsorship dollars will also be used to promote, market your company and your brand over the course of our 7v7 season. As you may now realize, for this program to be successful on a large scale, we need your financial assistance, and therefore, we are asking for your help in sponsoring our program.

At Legit Ballazz, our staff provides these athletes with the opportunity to showcase their skills on a platform where they will learn about team building, integrity, respect, performance, and physical fitness.

Our tournaments and programs are designed to promote the student-athlete’s skills under the guidance of positive role models on, instilling high moral standards, fostering self-confidence, and creating leaders of/for tomorrow. We are striving to create an inclusive youth and high school football community where everybody is free to play the sport that they love in an environment that is family oriented.

Our main goal at Legit Ballazz is to organize regular 7 vs 7 tournaments and provide the ideal environment for both management and players to gain maximum outcome in their free time. Preparation is key to ensuring that our tournaments progress smoothly, and it is only through our careful planning and execution that it is a tremendous success.
